Ex-boss's gift must have arrived much earlier. It was laying under the heap of books on the messy study table when I finally discovered it over the weekend.
Dear Kl, thanks for the very timely gift. I still believe in divine arrangement and I am really thankful for this particular one. As I am desperately fighting a melancholic spat of depressive thoughts related to life as a Christian, my current job, the family and church, I am really WAITING FOR GROWTH.
I do not know how. That's why I am desperate to seek a safe refuge for some sort of spiritual retreat sometime soon. Pray for me, that my schedule allows me to fly to Chicago for a much sought-after break.

... waiting for growth ...
highly suggest dr. suess' book "oh the places you'll go" ...
waiting for growth is living in fear of making a choice ... once you make a choice, you will grow ... don't worry if its the right choice, make it and see if it is ... if it isn't, well, you will know soon enough and then can go from there ... at least you learned something, and i believe that is growth.
keep on searching ... not for answers, but search for the next question.
peace & harmony,
elaine
