I am trying to prioritize time to go home after work to spend time with ZY, Grandma and Mum at least twice a week. Although the baseline target seems low, it takes a lot of discipline (from me, at least!) to decline the next dinner invitation to go home instead.
ZY is growing fast (left: shot of ZY taken early last month). It is still a joy to see him grow. I started him on music when he was barely 6 months old. Back then, my intent was to develop his emotional and social skills. Today, he carries a sanguine temperament and is always the limelight of every social event.
We started on Phonics yesterday night. I taught him the starter phonemic sounds "a", "b" and "c". He loved Ants on the Apple. I got bored repeating the same song to him for close to twenty times in one night alone!
