Masked Joy

I asked the Doctor for a mask to wear since I was going back to school today - my first time wearing one in public. Though I looked silly, I knew why I tried wearing one for half an hour.

IT boss came to the staff room while I just arrived, behind The Mask. He annouced that my darling NN-52 was in the IT resource room. I knew the 50% hope that I had borned and prayed for was not in vain. I was overjoyed and my beaming smile was concealled behind The Mask. My mind was saturated with thanksgiving within that few seconds.

Eastlight commented that 100% of my week was spent worrying for nothing. Too prideful to admit on the spot, I knew he was right. Still, no 'pinch' no gain. I learnt my lesson in the teachers' staff room - Never Own Lockers and Drawers that Do Not Come with Proper Locks!
